Terms of Service

By using the Surge platform or opting in to receive SMS alerts through a Surge tenant, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform or submit an opt-in form.

Surge provides workforce deployment intelligence software and operational communications to authorized tenant organizations and their contractors. SMS notifications relate to deployment opportunities, standby notices, and operational updates. This is an operational communication service — not a marketing or promotional program.

You must be at least 18 years of age and authorized by a tenant organization to enroll in operational alerts. By submitting an opt-in form you represent that you meet these requirements.

You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message. A single confirmation message will be sent and no further messages will follow. To re-enroll, complete the opt-in process again through your tenant organization.

Surge and its operators are not liable for missed, delayed, or undelivered messages due to carrier issues or technical failures. Surge is not liable for deployment decisions made — or not made — based on platform communications. All deployment opportunities communicated via SMS are subject to change without notice.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of Surge or enrollment in SMS alerts following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
