Acceptable Use Policy

Surge is workforce deployment intelligence software. Use of the platform must support lawful operational workforce management, communications, and mobilization activities authorized by your tenant organization.

You may not use Surge to send unsolicited marketing messages, harass individuals, transmit malware, attempt unauthorized access, scrape data without permission, or violate applicable telecommunications, privacy, or employment laws.

Tenant users must honor SMS and email opt-out requests, maintain accurate consent records, and follow carrier and regulatory requirements for A2P messaging. Operational messages must match the program description presented at opt-in.

Protect login credentials and restrict platform access to authorized personnel. Report suspected security incidents to your tenant administrator and to Surge support promptly.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of this policy or applicable law. Tenant organizations are responsible for their users’ conduct within their workspace.
